James G. Cl DDS.

About 7 years ago I became very sick, mostly to my stomach and after seeing 4 MD's I was told I had IBS. During the time it took them to make this diagnosis the meds that they put me on made me sick and pain in my kidneys. Afer about a year of being sick and miserable I decided to take matters into my own hands and by surfing the internet found AMP. My symptoms stopped within 5 days. I no longer have IBS, and have given it to several friends over the years that it has cured as well.

I have been using AMP Floral for about 3 weeks. I am so glad I found your product. I tried other products that made promises that didn't come true for me. I suffer from IBS (loose BM) and your product has made these last three weeks more calm and worry-free.

Besides IBS I am also lactose-intolerant. I can't remember the last time I had normal functions for this long of a stretch. During the first week of using your product I saw small improvements each day. Over the last two weeks I have felt like a normal person not having to worry about getting to a bathroom quickly, not having to constently worrying about how I was going to feel each day.

I feel GREAT! I will continue using AMP Floral and truly recommend your product. I am looking forward to continuing to feel great and looking forward to being able to go places, vacationining, traveling, etc. without worry and anxiety.

Love your product.
Barb T.

IBS - Irritable bowel syndrome

What is IBS and its symptoms?

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is an intestinal condition that can cause abdominal pain, discomfort, cramping, bloating, and diarrhea or constipation. The pattern of symptoms is different for everyone with IBS. Many people with IBS have alternating periods of constipation and diarrhea, but often one problem is more common than the other. Irritable bowel syndrome does not lead to more serious diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease or cancer. IBS is one of the most common intestinal disorders. In fact, as many as 1 in 5 Americans have IBS and most people experience their first symptoms between the ages of 15 and 40.

What Causes IBS?

The exact cause of IBS is unknown. It is termed a functional disorder, which means that the way the bowel works is affected, but medical tests find no physical abnormalities that might explain the symptoms. Stress has often been stated as the cause. However, doctors now believe that stress may trigger IBS but not cause it.

How is IBS diagnosed?

Doctors generally diagnose IBS after hearing someone describe their symptoms and examining them. The doctor may recommend further tests such as a sigmoidoscopy, a biopsy, a colonoscopy or stool testing and X-rays of the bowel.

Is there a treatment for IBS?

There is not a cure for IBS however there are treatments that can help reduce your symptoms. Taking Amp Floracel regularly can often progress and maintain the feeling of well-being.

If you are having diarrhea, cutting out certain foods such as tea, coffee, alcohol, and spicy foods can help. If constipation is your main symptom, the key is to eat plenty of fiber, such as fruit and vegetables take Amp Floracel which helps to decrease the inflammation in the digestive tract. For people with bloating, it is important to avoid gas-producing foods such as beans. It's important to drink sufficient fluids, (around six to eight glasses of water a day) for people with constipation this helps the fiber to work; for people with diarrhea it replaces lost fluids. If stress triggers IBS, psychological treatment or learning stress management routines may be constructive. Regular consumption of Amp Floracel has shown to reduce the troublesome experiences of stress and IBS.
Plenty of exercise can also contribute to regular bowel movements.

Over-the-counter treatments

There is no one medicine that improves IBS in the long term, but treatments available over the counter from chemists may relieve some symptoms.

For people with diarrhea, using anti-diarrhea medicines such as Imodium may help in the short term. They should be taken as needed, not on a regular basis. For constipation, it is strongly recommended that you do NOT use laxatives or fiber supplements. They are not helpful to your body and should only be used under extreme circumstances. Be sure to eat plenty of fiber, such as fruit and vegetables and take Amp Floracel which helps to decrease the inflammation in the digestive tract.

Visiting a GP

If self-help treatments do not control the symptoms, it may help to seek advice from a GP. People with IBS should work with a doctor or a dietitian to come up with an eating plan that is best for their individual situation and symptoms. Be sure to point out Amp Floracel as an all natural aloe supplement.

What can trigger IBS symptoms?

If you think you may have this condition, you may want to avoid: Milk and dairy products, Chocolate, Alcohol, Caffeine, Soda, Fatty Foods, Large Meals, wheat, rye, and barley. These foods are known to "trigger" symptoms of IBS. Also, stress can cause colon spasms in people with IBS. Many things can cause stress such as: Problems at work, Commutes, Problems at home, financial problems, a sense that things are beyond your control, etc. These stress related chemical changes may also stimulate the perception of pain signals or discomfort sent to the brain from the sensory nerve endings that react to events developing in the intestines. Amp Floracel is an anti-inflammatory and immune stimulant proven to control and cut down the development of inflammation in the digestive tract, spastic colon and IBS.
